We spent years building products at LegalZoom, Intuit, Atlassian, and Freshworks. Every regulated firm we worked with ran the same broken playbook. PitCrew exists because we got tired of watching.
Rishi is a technology executive and entrepreneur who believes that world-class businesses rely on operational excellence to scale, yet most companies still struggle to apply technology to actually improve those operations. That gap is what drove him to build PitCrew.
He co-founded Revvsales, a document workflow platform, and took it from zero to acquisition by LegalZoom (NYSE: LZ). Post-acquisition, he spearheaded LegalZoom's India operations and built their AI Center of Excellence, driving the company's automation and AI strategy. He started his career at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs, where his R&D work resulted in over 15 US patents.
As our Solutions Specialist, Sameer brings over 30 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and operator to the team. He works at the intersection of client engagement and core business operations, including sales, revenue, legal, and finance. His motivator is simple: building experiences for operations teams that actually work the way people do.
What sets Sameer apart is his diagnostic approach. He spends time embedded with clients, looking past what they say they want to understand what they actually need to scale. Having spent three decades building both consumer products and enterprise solutions, he doesn't hand over a strategy and walk away. He stays in to implement it.
Ramesh is a product executive known for driving product-led growth and scaling complex financial ecosystems. He has operated at the intersection of financial data, customer operations, and platform strategy, leading initiatives for companies that changed how people and businesses manage money.
At Intuit, he led Mint, the personal finance platform used by millions of people, and architected the Mint-TurboTax integration that meaningfully changed how users managed their finances and taxes together. He went on to lead Atlassian's Commerce platform, through which millions of global teams purchase, license, and operate Atlassian's products. A customer-first, data-driven builder with an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Ramesh has a track record of spotting connections between products and customer needs that others overlook.
