What is a Forward Deployed Expert?
A PitCrew engineer who works directly with your team. They learn your workflows, connect your systems, configure agents to your policies, and calibrate against your historical decisions. They stay until the system is running in production and your team is trained.
How long does the engagement take?
15 working days from first call to production. The clock pauses when waiting on your team. Hard ceiling of 20 working days. If we can't hit 80% calibration agreement in that window, we stop and re-scope.
What happens after the engagement ends?
You keep the fully configured platform with all skills running in production. Build new workflows, extend existing ones, or bring us back for the next one. The engagement ends. The platform does not.
Do I need to replace my existing systems?
No. PitCrew connects to your existing systems: custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing), CRMs (Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox), portfolio management (Orion, Tamarac), and 40+ more. No rip-and-replace.
