Competitor's adoption builds trust. When advisors saw how other managers built their agents and started reaching more clients because of the time they got back, it stopped being theoretical. "How did they get value?" was the question that turned skeptics into believers.
This taught us something: the bottleneck is helping managers articulate what they actually need automated, in language that makes sense to them.
